What Now? is a transformative six-week journey that invites you to explore the four key pillars of conscious aging:

This is more than a class; it’s a guided, interactive experience designed to help you chart a fulfilling and empowered path forward.

Who is it for?
Adults 50+ who are ready to engage in open, thoughtful dialogue about aging and who want to shape a life of ongoing growth, purpose, and joy.

Online via Zoom.  Join from anywhere in the world!

When:
The program runs as a six-week series, with dynamic two-hour sessions each week.

The offerings are more than just workshops—they are life-design experiences tailored to meet people wherever they are in their journey through aging. Importantly, both programs are accessible internationally through virtual formats, allowing elders and international participants to engage fully—regardless of location.  At its core, APTB encourages individuals to see aging as a sacred time of seeking, freedom, and transformation.
