Bill Davis
“Helping people to realize their dreams is my goal,” says Bill Davis, retired owner of Team Nimbus of North Carolina.
Bill has a wide variety of experience. He held leadership assignments in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Training & Education, Total Quality Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development and Program Management
After retiring from the telecommunications industry, he spent the next 20+ years coaching business owners, executives and business professionals.
Bill received his BA in Politics from NCSU, in 1972, and attended The Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, the Management Development Program at Emory University, The Wharton School of Business - University of Pennsylvania, and the Aspen Institute.
A Scouting volunteer and golf enthusiast, he lives in Raleigh, NC with his son William and has a daughter, Tiffani who resides in Memphis, TN.
Dr. Byron Johns
is an experienced organizational psychologist. His 40+-year career has focused on infrastructure and capacity building, facilitation and training, program and leadership development, event, project and general management, and fundraising. His extensive cross-training background enables him to specialize in end-to-end services from concept to full implementation, developing and rolling out programs. He is the founder of A Place To Be and has worked in South Los Angeles for the last 10 years working at the Girls Club of Los Angeles as a Project Director.
Johns is also the co-creator of the 90 Day Enhancement, a coaching program structure that provides management and leadership skills and tools for individuals to actualize their projects. His passion is supporting people in achieving their goals.
Johns earned a Doctorate in Organizational Management and Consulting and a masters degree in Performing Arts Management.
Betsy Lindsay
has spent more than 45 years working at the intersection of community, safety, and partnership. Her career has been grounded in relationships and a deep belief in people’s capacity to heal, thrive, and create safer communities together. She has worked alongside community residents, law enforcement, non-profits, funders, and public agencies across the country, helping to build trust and shared responsibility to reduce violence in high-crime, low-income neighborhoods through effective partnerships.
Her work has included leadership, program management, training, and grant-seeking roles with national organizations, public agencies, and non-profits, as well as the design and management of impactful community policing, crime prevention, and youth engagement and diversion initiatives.
In “retirement”, Betsy continues her commitment to service and the community. Her volunteer efforts include working with LA County Probation youth, as a chaplain with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and teaching trauma-informed self-care practices to individuals, first responders, and helping professionals. She holds a B.A. in Sociology/Criminology and an M.A. in Social Work.
Robbin M. Randolph
is a seasoned nonprofit and local government professional with extensive experience in program development, administration, and operations.
She has led and supported large, complex initiatives in public health, child and family services, violence prevention, and community development, working closely with diverse teams, boards, and policymakers.
Robbin brings strong facilitation, grant management, and systems-building skills, with a consistent focus on service quality, integrity, and community impact.
Her career spans leadership roles in city and county government, nonprofit organizations, and consulting, where she has successfully launched programs, ensured contract compliance, and strengthened organizational capacity.
